Please provide me with reasonable, allowable times to make the showing appointments as it does take some time to set up a showing time that is agreeable to the seller with a little notice.

I will provide full service thru settlement which includes comparable search/analysis prior to setting a pricer, coordinate inspections, walk-thru, and attend settlement with you.
