Lending is the component most likely to hold up a transaction, especially if the price or terms change. Anything out of the ordinary requires additional layers of requirements of the process. YES VIRGINIA, the financial world has changed as we know it. er... uh... knew it.. Give yourself a buffer of time from sell to move or buy to move which ever applies. 20-20 or woulda, shoulda, coulda, hindsight starts to kick in to the players mind about how this should have been done differently without much regard to the circumstances that surrounded that time in the past.. we call it human nature. :) Well sometimes the best of intentions and follow up information gets impacted by the human imperfection effect of people and procedures. This is the hardest part of the job for me.. when all effort I've expended is left to the culmination of the deal... controlled by others.. waiting impatiently.... |
